The result is an office fitout that reflects the nature of this real estate agency through the bold selection of lighting fixtures, colours and materials used, down to the furniture selection. This up-and-coming real estate agency has been baring it all when it comes to their identity and the clear intention of breaking of mould of the typical old school style of real estate marketing, through their extensive use of social media marketing and promotion.
The vibrant use of bold decoration, shape, geometry and combination of light and dark materials contrasting each other in complementary way meant to convey the idea that you can still be bold, brave and loud without being tacky and still maintain an air of luxury and serenity. The extensive of black background were meant to invoke the feeling of infinite possibilities when you have set your mind on things.
