- Identify properties with subdivision and equity potential.
- Assess potential properties and produce project feasibility.
- Develop concept and detailed project scope, design and cost estimates.
- Negotiate with vendors and help clients purchase properties with subdivision potential.
- Work with Town Planner to obtain planning permits.
- Work with Building Surveyor to obtain building permits.
